I teach and coach clients towards a return to the balanced state of wholeness, wellness and joy through holistic living practices, inspired by Ayurveda and other indigenous wisdom traditions. 

These practices are instrumental in shifting conditions such as insomnia, anxiety, depression, lethargy, allergies, in-digestion, inflammation and more. 

Practices include: 

Nutrition and gut health, Stress Reduction modalities, Mental/ Emotional awareness, regulation and more.

Life affirming practices do not have to feel like restriction or forcing a trendy new ‘diet’ and they can be enjoyable.
